How We Started

Drainage & trenches around Penang island.

We started out as sub-contractor with JKR, speciallising in drainage works on Penang island. Our biggest break was the awarded for the drainage upgrading works from Balik Pulau to Bayan Lepas.

Later, the bulk of the drainage works around the Island was done by us under Mak Enterprise. Our next 'Big' job was the building of the Middle & Upper tram stations on Penang Hill, followed by the infrastructure works there.

The turning point

Dewan Sri Pinang & Chain Ferry Contract

These are the last two Government contracts that we tendered and won as sub contractor with JKR, Class BX. We sucessfully completed the piling and sub structure works for Dewan Sri Pinang and we were also awarded to complete the building's super structure.

We moved on to start Chain Ferry Complex as main contractor for the Penang Development Corporation. Later on the same year, we were invited to purchase over the project and we launched it as our very first Devvelopent Project.

Penang Hill's Infrastructure Developments

We spent nearly 3 years in Penang Hill completing Station Platforms, Middle & Upper Station Buildings and roads & drainage around the Top of the hill leading to Craig Hotel.

We finished the Penang Hill Roundabout Fountain system at the foot of the Hill and the extension building housing the ticketing office for the tram. We undertook the refurbishment of the Penang Governor's Resort Home at the end of the project.

It all began.......

Bukit Mertajam, Butterworth. Penang.

Our very first 'Taman' or Garden Development and by the time we finished in Bukit Mertajam, we have completed over 3000 affortable houses in Penang State.

We moved our development operation to Sungai Besi and then Kuala Lumpur. Most of our development projects were residences and later on to high end condominiums.

In the last ten years, we concentrated in Johor where we were involved with Urban Master Planing for over 950 acres of land near MASAI, Johor and Industrial Development.
